Felicità Consonni, trionfo storico nel World Tour

Un successo voluto e cercato dal primo giorno che ha esordito tra le Elite: esplode la gioia di Chiara Consonni in Olanda dove la giovane bergamasca della Valcar Cylance centra il bersaglio nella quinta e ultima tappa del Boels Ladies Tour corsa a tappe del calendario UCI World Tour femminile. Uno sprint capolavoro quello di Chiara, 20 anni, di gran lunga la migliore negli ultimi 250 metri: in maniera incredibile, e con un guizzo devastante, mette la sua ruota davanti alle olandesi Wiebes e Brand, e alla campionessa italiana Bastianelli. Per la Valcar Cylance diretta da Davide Arzeni è una giornata speciale, finalmente una vittoria che testimonia il valore di una squadra che in questi anni è sempre riuscita a raccogliere risultati importanti.  Da sottolineare anche la bella prestazione di Elisa Balsamo: quinta nella seconda tappa, seconda nella speciale classifica della maglia bianca.

A success wanted and sought from the first day she began in Elite cathegory: the joy of Chiara Consonni explodes in Holland, where the young girl of Valcar Cylance reaches the goal in the 5th and last step of Boels Ladies Tour, a step race of UCI Worl Tour calendar. Chiara made a wonderful sprint, 20 years old, the best one in the last 250 m: in an incredible way she overtakes the Dutch Wiebes and Brand and the Italian championship Bastianelli. For Valcar Cylance, leaded by Davide Arzeni, it’s a special day, finally a victory which witnesses the team value, which in these years was able to collect important results. We also have to underline the performance of Elisa Balsamo: 5th place in the second step, 2nd place in the special classification of white shirt.
