Questa attenzione al vivaio è sicuramente uno dei motivi per i quali anche in questo 2021 FAS Airport Services è vicina alle atlete in maglia fucsia; infatti, oltre al calendario internazionale svolto dalle elite, è altrettanto importante anche il calendario nazionale svolto dalle 5 juniores (Serena Brillante, Sofia Dognini, Alessia Gualdi, Francesca Pellegrini, Emma Redaelli) che sono pronte a debuttare domenica 21 marzo a Cittiglio (VA) al Piccolo Trofeo Binda – Valli del Verbano.
